Please allow 7–10 working days for delivery of your Pretty Hair Club customised units. This timeframe includes both production and shipping.

Other items, including promotional deals or clearance products, may have different delivery timelines. Please refer to the information provided at checkout for accurate estimates.

We always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. In the event of any delays, you will be kept informed, and tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

For orders delivered to the EU, please allow 11–15 working days for arrival. You will be notified promptly of any delays.
